Cliffs Hotel - Blackpool

This hotel offers excellent value for money with spacious rooms and tea and coffee making facilities. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the dining experience was great with a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of.

The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side.

The location was decent and peaceful, only 5 minutes walk to Gynn Square. The hotel itself was in a particularly good area, short walk to tram stop very close, good view of the beach as well as town centre, tram and bus stop.

favourable and beautiful location for weekend in blackpool. outstanding food in the restaurants such as crumbs sandwich shop, located 5 min away. well-maintained rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, and nice pool.

The room was ridiculously tiny, and I could barely move without bumping into furniture. Plus, the noise from a rambunctious group of teenagers running through the halls all night made it impossible to get any sleep. Total chaos!

Pleasant, welcoming personnel at all times during stay. A lot of food available in the dining room.

The staff were professional and attentive and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

The breakfast offerings could benefit from a wider variety of options.

We booked a last minute holiday,the only room available was a family room, on the second floor,we were pleased with the lift right to the door.The food was wonderful and the evening entertainment was second to none.We have stayed in four star hotels that are below these standards, Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Had a lovely romantic escape with beautiful sea view from our room! The location is super convenient, with a tram stop right outside that takes you to all attractions. The food was surprisingly good for a budget stay too, which made our evenings more enjoyable.

We faced a major hassle with parking since it was all taken up by staff. Plus, the decor looks outdated and definitely needs some TLC.

this was our 3rd stay at hotel and really enjoy going back. We enjoy all the facilities at the hotel and the price is always good.

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay here with my family. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great decor. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the kids were kept entertained. Just watch out for the pool-it can get a bit crowded. A wonderful experience!

The bathroom was very small and dated with a warning about hot water.

excellent value for money, the staff were outstanding, the meals were excellent, our room was so clean and comfortable.i can only praise the hotel.and as soon as we can we will be back.

The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were great for unwinding with my daughter after a day exploring Blackpool, which is just a short distance from landmarks like the Tower and Madame Tussauds. our room didn't meet expectations—dated decor and poor cleanliness were disappointing. While the food and staff were commendable, the room's issues overshadowed our experience.
